What is the estimated delivery time for my furniture?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for metro areas and 7-14 business days for regional locations. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Lifely products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects and materials to ensure your peace of mind.

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. The item must be in its original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Are your products easy to assemble?

Most of our furniture is designed for easy home assembly. Every box includes a step-by-step instruction manual and all necessary hardware. You can also download digital copies of instructions from our product pages.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible buy-now-pay-later options including Afterpay and ZipPay.

Do you ship to post office boxes?

Due to the size and weight of our furniture items, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We require a physical street address for all deliveries.
